Must use a sentiment

Hello there! A day and a half day late but I managed to make my first card in weeks. My new meds makes me feel really bad so I hurry this post up as well, as I need to get back to bed. But good news is that it will get better. It will take some weeks to get used to it but after that it should be fine.

I have used the latest sketch from Sugar Pea designs. And since the Paper shelter is sponsoring the challenge I have used one of the Christmas/winter image from them. But I have cut it off and made a head shot of it. That's how I managed to colour with my wiggly hands this time. I have used my Letraset markers and some poly chrome pens to colour.

The designer papers are from We R Memorie keepes, I think they are called... Wonder why I have not used the black snowflake paper before? It's fabby! Wish I had more of it. The sentiment stamp is from LOTV and I found a matching gemstone in my stash that fitted perfect in the middle. I have also used some hemp string to tie a bow.

This week we are sponsored by The Paper Shelter who are giving the winner a prize of a $15 voucher to spend in store.

Well, I am really pleased that I managed to make a card again and felt good that I could, but now I need my rest. Thanks for dropping by!

Make it digital

Morning and hello! Just dropping by to tell you that we have a new challenge up over at the Paper Shelter. The theme is simple and says "Make it digital". It just means that you should use a digital image. If you colour it by had or use a pre coloured image is all up to you.

I will try to finish my creation for the challenge over the day as we are all sick here in the house at the moment and the energy is not here is not overflowing how to speak.

As always we have a gift voucher up worth $30 when you play with the Paper Shelter brand. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning 3 digis of your choice.

At least you have gotten the theme. :)

See you around.

EDITED: Got way to sick to finish off that creation, so lets hope it settles soon with the new meds.

Lucious looks

Morning and hello! It's Tuesday and time for yet another fabby challenge over at Passion for Promarkers. Unfortunately can I not take part this week either. The shakes when I use my arms is due to start a new trend. Colour only the back ground. I miss totally. Just have to laugh at it all. New meds coming next week hopefully but they might make me even more tired than now. Let's just hope for the best.

Anyway, the theme set is Lucious looks. That means that you should use images with long hair and colour with any Letraset colouring medium. Fun challenge for you all. Wish I could have taken part in this one. I only got half way this week as well even if I started in really good time. Oh well, I will enjoy stable hands when they come back again.

Sponsoring this week is DigiStamp Boutique who are offering one lucky winner a £10.00 voucher to spend in their online store.  There are so many gorgeous digis in their store you will be spoilt for choice.

Just the sponsor is a great reason to take part in the challenge so do come and join us in this fun challenge. At least I will be able to come and visit you and leave you some love.

Have a heart

Morning and hello! Long time no seen... Still having a terrible period with joints and therefore not much time crafting. This week I managed because I had an image that I coloured ages ago. I will have to keep this short again, as I start to shake badly in my arms when using my them.

So over at the Winter Wonderland this week we have the theme of "Have a heart", Valentines day coming up on Sunday... However, I keep going with my Christmas cards. I know I will be needing them when December arrives. The image is from Forever Friends if I remember right. It's an old bargin stamp that I wouldn't have bought if it wasn't cheep even if I find it cute. It's a bit too small for my taste.

I have coloured with distress inks which is a bit easier when in pain. The designer papers are from an old Dove craft pad that I love the colours in. I have taken inspiration from Sugar Pea Designs. Love the clean look of their sketches. Not that my cards look any like that, but I enjoy using the sketches. I just decided to use a square card instead. No energy to figure out a good rectangular size.

As the theme is hearts I used a few punched hearts as decorations together with some twine, gemstones and pearls. Nice and easy. And I will be able to send the card overseas when Christmas is here again. No heavy embellishments, not too expensive to send. LoL.

I hope I will be able to get back here soon again. And I hope that the doc will figure out what to do with me soon.

Fancy

Morning and hello! Welcome to another emty from card post from me this week. :( I couldn't do my card for The Paper Shelter either. It's just like yesterday when nothing is working for me. That means I try to rest my joints for a while since it might help them recover a bit.

My meds are making me feel tummy sick, and without them too much pain. Trying to figure out how to balance it all, but it's hard thing to get working.

Ok, now the theme over The Paper Shelter this week is Fancy - add lots of details. Make a pretty card/creation and decorate it pretty. Then add your creation to our challenge. You can enter up to three times and two of the cards don't even have to have a TPS image on them. Only the third one. Nice and easy!

As always we have a gift voucher up worth $30 when you play with the Paper Shelter brand. Playing with another brand gives you the chance of winning 3 digis of your choice.

Ok then, now lets go play over at the Paper Shelter. I hope that you will play along with us.

Show us your favourites

Hi and hello! It's Tuesday and time for a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers. Unfortunately is my joints really bad this week and I decided to have sick leave this week even if the theme is such a great one. "Show us your favourites" could it be easier? You just make a brilliant card and show us what's your favourite stamp, colouring medium, decoration etc is. Nice and easy right?

This comes from the Passion for Promarker challenge blog:
Onto the new challenge, which has been set by Nic from Team 1 and she has given us the brilliant theme of “show us your favourites”.  Nic is basically giving you an anything goes challenge.  She would just like you to make something using your favourites i.e. stamps, papers, die cuts, colour combo etc.  Please could you share in your post what favourite things you have used.  Please remember you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card.  As always to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your Letraset products (promarkers, flex markers, tria markers, aqua markers or metallic markers) and of course follow the theme.  Please can you help us by stating which Letraset products you have used on your creation i.e. ‘coloured with promarkers’ etc.  Thanks x x

We are lucky to have 2 generous sponsors this week.  Firstly we have Letraset who is offering one lucky winner a 5 pack of promarkers (brights).

Our second generous sponsor is a brand new sponsor for us at PFP for 2016 – Di’s Digi Stamps - and they are offering one lucky winner a $12.00 voucher to spend in their online store.

Well, I hope to be back next time for this challenge. I always feel bad missing out on my dt-work. But this week is harder than it have in a long time. Weather is changing, jippi for many, bad news for me. It's around 8 C outside today and windy. I would love it to be -8 and some snow please. Well feel better than I am and I see you soon again.
